Booyah Raises $ 5 Million

Booyah Social iPhone game developer Booyah has raised $ 5 Million in their second funding. This follows on the first funding round in May where the company raised their first $ 4.5 million from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.

Acme-mobile Acme Mobile (Singapore), an aggregator from the old days, has been acquired by Binbit (Mexico). With the acquisition, Binbit is now working in 26 countries world-wide.

EA Takes over Distribution of Namco Europe

Yesterday, we could already tell you that NamcoBandai would sign over European distribution of it's mobile games. Today we can officially announce that EA will be their exclusive partner for Europe, Russia, India, Latin America, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
