Lunaforte Celebrates 4 Million Downloads in One Quarter

SonyEricsson’s Revenues Down, Turns Profitable

SonyEricsson has sold 30% less mobile phones in Q1 2010, but did manage to turn itself profitable. In total, SE sold 10.5 million devices, down 4 million compared to Q4 2009.

Falcone Buys Palm Shares

PalmHedge fund manager Philip Falcone has purchased a large number of shares of Palm. In total, his company (Harbinger Capital) now owns nearly 9.5% of the troubled hardware vendor.

Reliance Acquires part of Codemasters

Codemasters Indian entertainment investment group Reliance ANA Group has acquired 50% of the shares in Codemasters. Codemasters (with studios in the UK and NL) needs the investment to continue.

RIM Acquires Viigo

Rim RIM has acquired Viigo. Viigo is the developer of a BlackBerry app with the same name. The Viigo app is able to deliver real-time information from a variety of sources, something important to the business market.
