FremantleMedia/RTL Acquires Ludia

RTL’s FremantleMedia has acquired a controlling stake of 51% in Montral based mobile game studio Ludia. The acquisition follows closely on Endemol’s announcement to start a mobile and online gaming studio in the UK.
