Capcom‘s acquisition of Cosmic Infinity pays off even more then many
expected as they signed a deal with Virgin Mobile U.S. as sole
aggregator of Wap based mobile games. This gives Capcom the space to
deliver titles like "Who Wants To be A Millionaire" to all Virgin Mobile
U.S. subscribers.
While WAP games are on a graphical level a bit less advanced, they offer a lot of freedom of movement when it comes to device support. With the acquisition of Cosmic Infinity, Capcom gained the rights to a nice WAP games portfolio which hold games and applications like “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire”, “Dope Warz” and “Six Degrees” and is planning to expand the offering on short notice.
Consumers are able to subscribe to the wap games channel for $ 3.99 a month and have a chance to win big prices with their gaming skills.
