We just received more acquisition news as BIZ Outsourzing has acquired
Guangzhou Yin Han Technology Company Limited who is also known as
YinHan which is based in China.
YinHan is a mobile games developer that is experienced in WAP, Kjava and SMS gaming and is well connected to China Mobile, one of the leading operators in China. YinHan also owns a big community network with over 4 million subscribers which is an excellent tool for marketing new mobile entertainment products.
The share exchange agreement provided for the purchase by BIZO of all the outstanding shares of common stock of Free World International Limited (”Free World”), a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, through the exchange for 40,000,000 newly issued shares of common stock of BIZO. All the outstanding shares of capital stock of YinHan are held in trust by Free World and, hence, YinHan becomes a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of BIZO.
