Microsoft's Steve Ballmer has acknowledged that Microsoft has failed with their strategy on Winodws Mobile. Toward investors he admitted that Windows Phone (Mobile 7) should have been out there already.
He told the investors that the whole Windows Mobile team has been changed and fresh talent has been hired. Within Microsoft, Windows Phone has full priority after Windows 7.
