Details Android 2.4 and 3.0 Hit The Net

Today, details around Android’s roadmap surfaced on the internet as Google published a video about Android 3.0 and Dutch website Tweakers.net accidentally got handed a SonyEricsson Arc with Android 2.4 on it.

Motorola Unveils the Xoom Tablet

Motorola has finally unveiled their new Xoom tablet during the CES. The Xoom runs on Android 3.0 Honeycomb and has a Nvidia Tegra-2 1Ghz processor on board combined with 1 GB DDR2 memory.

Wild Needle Secures a $3 Million Investment

According to TechCrunch, mobile social gaming startup Wild Needle Games has picked up a $3 million investment. Playdom co-founder Rick Thompson has been identified as one of the executives behind the company.
