Artiq Mobile B.V. and Blinck International have been fined by Dutch consumer authorities for misleading SMS services. Together, the companies have to pay a fine of € 1,19 million.
The companies have been fined over the Celldorado portal which was offering SMS based games. Consumers were not informed about the actual costs of the subscriptions of their games.
