As App Discovery turns into a healthy business, the first major acquisition is happening. Appolicious Acquired competitor AppVee. With the acquisition, Appolicious expands further into Android as well.
Following the acquisition, both websites will remain active, but Appolicious will be expanded with many of the features found on AppVee. Most reviews and stories for AppVee will probably be cross posted as well.
Appolicious finances the acquisition from a $1.5 Million investment it had received earlier. The amount needed for the transaction was not disclosed though.
