The much talked about clause 3.3.2 in the iPhone developer TOS has been changed by Apple. This change opens the door for game engines while keeping the door shut for Flash CS5.
The new clause states that nu interpreted code might be used unless it is pre-approved by Apple and confirmed in writing. The interpreted code should be used in a limited way and be responsible for minor functionality.
