Apple has introduced volume pricing for App Store apps. This program is aimed mainly at US educational institutions that will now get the option to acquire masses of apps for their students.
Developers will also be able to promote volume pricing to attract volume buyers. If and when this option becomes available outside the US remains unannounced.
