This news didn’t really come via an announcement from Apple itself, but it seems like Apple has started to change the download limits for items that are being downloaded over a regular 3G connection.
From now on, consumers can download mobile games and apps up to 20MB without the need of switching to a WiFi or USB connection. For developers this means the barrier of downloading games on the move has been lowered again.
