Apple Fixes Release Date Sorting

October 1st, 2008 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: iOS | 1 Comment »

Apple has made yet another correction to its App Store. This time the company took the time to fix the sorting based on the release dates of mobile games.

The big problem with the sorting was the fact that if developers gave their iPhone games the slightest update, the game would re-enter the top of the list. This resulted into developers updating their games with little or no effect on the game itself just to stay on top as long as possible.

With this fix, every game now has the same opportunity.
