iOS developers that know a thing or two about development for the OSX platform should pay attention as Apple has announced to be opening an App Store for Mac owners.
The desktop version of the App Store should be opening its virtual doors in three months from now. Just like on iOS, Apple will share revenues 30/70 with the developers. Apple will also be expanding FaceTime to the Mac. With the Mac, iPod, iPhone and iPad covered, FaceTime could become a competitor for Skype… if only there was a PC version.
Firemint has already announced that it will bring Flight Control to the Mac App Store.
