After the negative news of the Apple NDA we reported about yesterday, we can add some positive policy changes today as not every user will have the ability to comment on mobile games and applications within the App Store.
From now on, consumers can no longer review games and applications without owning them. This is to avoid countless negative comments based on the price of the mobile games offered. These comments drag down the general rating of those mobile games as there are far less positive reviews from consumers who did buy the game. So this is great news for all those that have their game on App Store.
