Mobile content publisher AMV (American Mobile Ventures) has announced its acquisition of K2 Media to strengthen its position in the market. K2 owns several mobile content franchises.
In K2’s portfolio are Big Chilli, DBM and they manage What’s On TV Mobile. Big Chilli is a mobile portal where K2 offers both mobile music downloads as well as mobile games. The portal launched last March and served over 250K downloads to date.
