In an interview with Fox Business, Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen announced that the launch of Flash 10.1 for mobile phones has been delayed till the second half of 2010.
This announcement follows a week after the unveiling of Adobe’s Creative Suite CS5 with which they announced Flash 10.0 for the first half of 2010. Flash 10.1 will be supported on Android, BlackBerry and WebOS devices.
In the same interview, Adobe’s CEO also further criticized Apple’s aggressive moves toward Adobe. The CEO thinks Apple blocks Flash for commercial reasons, not for technical reasons.
