Though Activision was profitable yet again, several project weren’t due to fierce competition of just high development costs. As so, Activision decided it will be killing several big games to focus on new projects.
Activision will stop development of Guitar Hero, DJ Hero, True Crime: Hong Kong and even Tony Hawk has been thrown out. As a result of this, Activision will fire 7% of it’s staff, 500 developers in total.
