It seems that the smartphone market keeps shaking this year. This time, E-Ten falls as they just got acquired by Acer.
Though the acquisition is not final yet, both companies look positive toward the acquisition. Acer is prepared to lay down 191 million in shares for the deal. These new shares would account for 6% in Acer.
