Sony Sells 1.2 Million PS Vita’s

Sony seems to be doing fine now the company launched the PS Vita in North / South America and Europe. Sony managed to sell 1.2 million PS Vita consoles since it launched in all territories.

Sony started selling the device on December 17th of 2011 in Japan, followed by Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea. Starting February 22nd, the Vita is available in Europe, America and Singapore.

The 1.2 million PS Vita owners have bought a total of 2 million games with their consoles. Sony counted both on- and offline sales.
