It seems RIM is faring well, courting Android developers by handing out free Playbook tablet computers to whoever signs up and re-launches an Android app on BlackBerry App World.
Up till now, RIM has signed up 6.600 new developers to their developer program. In order to grow faster, RIM has announced the deadline for the program is now extended to the second of March 2012.
