BGR has got its hands on a photo showing iBoot running on a prototype of an iPad 3. The feedback that iBoot is providing is pretty interesting. It displays that the iPad 3 is (as expected) running on Apple’s new A6 CPU. The new CPU should be a quad-core model giving Apple the power to improve the screen (probably go retina) and combat Asus’ newest Transformer.
The A4 CPU in the iBoot is model number S5L8945X. The information also shows iPad models J1 and J2 that suggest the likely availability of Wifi and WiFi+3G(+LTE) models.
