Apple Approves Anti-Gay App, Angers Consumers

March 21st, 2011 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Analysis & Editorial | No Comments »

Apple has approved an app from the Christian anti-gay organization Exodus. The app should help to ‘heal’ Gay people with the help of Jesus (who else).

The release of the app angered many consumers and lead to an online petition. The petition has been signed by over 81 thousand consumers to date. Apple rated the app 4+. Good or bad, this sounds like a freedom of speech case.
