It seems iOS had another important fix for developers. It seems like Apple has given in to the big amount of complaints following the Smurfs Village game’s in-app payments that were used by young children.
It used to be possible to enter the password once into iTunes and then purchase anything from iTunes or through in-app payments for about 15 minutes before Apple would request the password once again. Both iTunes and in-app payments have separate authentication now meaning you will always have to re-enter your password for in-app purchases, even if you have just downloaded the app from iTunes.
