Apple Offers VIP Support

September 23rd, 2009 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: iOS | No Comments »

Logmein

Many developers have been complaining about the submissions system from Apple since it was introduced. Now it seems some developers are getting a royal treatment by Apple.

One of these developers is LogMeIn, a remote access system for desktops. The company sells one of the more expensive apps but is also one of the better selling ones when it comes to the revenues.

In an interview with iPhoneWorld, CEO Mike Simon explains that he is lucky to have a direct connection to Apple that is very usefull when problems pop up. His VIP treatment doesn’t seem to stand by itself as well. He knows another developer that receives the same treatment from Apple.
