It seems News Corp managed to find a new owner for it’s Fox Mobile Group. The Jesta Group has acquired the assets from news Corp. The news follows on a 15% staff reduction in November.
Fox Mobile will be renamed to Jesta Mobile holdings and will have headquarters in both Beverly Hills and Berlin. The financials behind the deal have not been disclosed as are the plans for the unit. Jesta has a lot of money but is relatively unknown in mobile. Could this be the start of something big?
