In the first six weeks of launch, 1.5 million Windows Phone 7 devices have been shipped to retailers and operators (we assume most of them landed with consumers by now).
This number doesn’t sound that big if compared to the 300K daily Android activations, but keep in mind that the devices are not even globally available. Meanwhile the Windows marketplace holds 4.000 apps and the big European push will start in Q1 2011.
