Galaxy S Sales on Track

December 22nd, 2010 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: AndroidOS, Smartphones & Tablets | No Comments »

Samsung announced earlier that it expects to sell 10 million Galaxy S devices in 2010. As it seems right now, the company might manage to accomplish this milestone.

Reports say Samsung has sold 9.3 million units to date leaving over a week to sell 700.000 more of them world-wide. In Korea alone, they sold 2 million of them which is a record for the Korean market. If Samsung succeeds, they might have created the world’s best selling phone to date that doesn’t have an Apple printed on it.
