As phones become more advances, they become more like PC’s in our pockets. It is a rather old way of looking at things, but both Nokia and HTC prove it is still right as both start supporting dualcore CPU’s in their phones in 2011.
Most of Nokia’s Smartphones in 2011 will be fit with at least a 1 Ghz processor while near the end of 2011, the company expects to put the first dualcore models on the market.
HTC seems to be a bit quicker than Nokia. HTC announced that they won’t wait till the end of the year, but will release the first dualcore phones and tablets during the second half of 2011. It is to be expected that Koreans Samsung and LG will try to beat both though.
