Zune Goes Mobile (Someday)

Zune In an interview with Zdnet, Microsoft's Jose Pinero announced that the Zune will be expanding to other platforms including Windows Phone. He just doesn't know when it will happen.


Looking at the total contents of the interview, it seems like Microsoft will be positioning Zune like iTunes. It will hold video, audio and gaming content. That also might mean that it does not use XNA for mobile phones or that XNA will become the new standard for mobile game development on Windows Phone.
