Yesterday, Mobigame sent out a notice that their Edge game is back on all App Stores. Due to trademark issues with Tim Langdell, the game was unavailable in some markets for some time.
“We remains convinced that we are and at all were times entitled to use the name "Edge" and we are determined to continue our efforts to fight for that right and to support those who have been similarly affected.”
There has been no settlement yet on the issue, but IGDA Board member Tim Langdell over the Edge name yet, but the company is comfortable that it will not pose problems for the future.
Congratulations
