Glu’s new social mobile gaming strategy seems to be paying off (at least in downloads) as the first two iPhone games adapting the model have generated 1 million downloads each.
The 1 million downloads result in 70.000 daily active users for Toyshop Adventures and 100.000 for Gun Bros. Glu is monetizing the titles through ads and in-app payments.
