Deloitte has compiled its Fast 500 2009 listing for North America and Glu managed to get hold of the 129th position. Given the circumstances of the executives that left/are leaving, this listing is a very positive sign.
The list is based on revenue growth over the past five years (2004-3008) and Glu managed to grow its revenues 1.178%!
Glu's CEO, Greg Ballard, said, "Glu has proven that it can not only create quality games, but also stay significant and successful in a rapidly changing market."
"Technology Fast 500(TM) recognizes innovative companies that have broken down barriers to success and defied the odds with their remarkable five-year revenue growth," said Phil Asmundson, Vice Chairman and U.S. Technology, Media and Telecommunications leader, Deloitte LLP. "We congratulate Glu on this accomplishment."
"With its impressive five-year growth, Glu has earned its position among the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America," said Mark Jensen, Managing Partner, Technology and Venture Capital Services, Deloitte & Touche LLP. "Deloitte is proud to honor Glu for its achievement."
