Adidas Pulled $10 Million in Advertising from iAd

October 4th, 2010 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: iOS | No Comments »

Adidas is rumored to have pulled a $10.000.000 costing ad campaign from Apple’s iAd network because Apple wants to have too much control over Adidas’ creativity.

Adidas backed down from iAd after Apple disapproved three pitches in a row. This move is another setback for iAds. While the technology is great and proven, advertisers remain disappointed by the speed at which they can execute their campaigns.
