September 17th, 2010 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: Windows Phone | No Comments »

Microsoft has finalized the Windows Phone 7 SDK. The first phones supporting Windows Phone 7 will be out on the market in about a month from now so it is about time they did.

The free SDK consists of Visual Studio Express, an emulator, Expression Blend 4 and XNA Games Studio 4, all mobile editions. Apps that have been developed with earlier versions of the tools will not be certified to sell on Windows Marketplace.
