Engadget reports that Apple is seemingly using screenshots from third party apps to file patents. The best example is the “where to?” app that was one-on-one copied into a patent request from the Cupertino based company.
Of course, it is just applications and the drawings are there just to assist in understanding what the patent would mean. Though it might sound scare, these are just claims and there is not much to worry about. Engadget has written down exactlywhy developers don’t have to feel offended by Apple (yet).
