The iPhone 4 is and remains hot. So hot that operator Swisscom is unable to satisfy it’s customers. The operator only receives enough iPhone 4’s to supply 10% of its clients.
Swisscom’s Carsten Schloter warns Apple that Apple should have started a pre-order program. Now, clients are frustrated as the device sold out in hours and that is no way to keep in touch with your existing consumers.
