The Wholesale Applications Community (WAC) has formed a new company and announced the new company will be teaming up with the Joint Innovation Lab (JIL) to strengthen its position.
The merger between WAC and JIL is expected to be completed by September while new SDK’s and specifications are planned for release this November. The company will be headed by two Vodafone execs and one France Telecom exec.
