While Apple is celebrating the second year of the App Store, developer Fin Barrbrady has started a petition to force apple into supporting international usage of promo codes.
Promo codes have been a long time tool to let journalists and beta testers play around with commercially released software without the need of purchasing it. The functionality is still limited to the US app store which forces many users to have double accounts on their iOS devices.
As this is still frustrating many, developer Fin Barrbrady started a petition and asks all iPhone developers to join him by submitting a bugreport and voting for his. He already made a sample report so you only have to cut and paste it from his blog.
Needless to say, only iPhone developers with an iPhone developer account can submit bug reports.
