Until today, Dutch consumers could only visit the English Ovi store and where limited to charging their credit cards whenever they wanted to make a purchase. Now, the store is localized and premium SMS billing is enabled.
The official opening of the Dutch store will be held on Friday, but it is already fully functional. With a bit of luck, this might improve revenues from the Dutch market, though the market isn’t that big and most consumers will need some time to discover that Ovi has become more consumer friendly.
