Apple Opens iAd Network, Starts Accepting iOS 4 Apps

June 14th, 2010 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: iOS | No Comments »

Today, Apple has opened up the iAd network to app developers all over the world. iAd banners can be integrated into apps and games with the API’s included in the iOS 4 SDK.

Apple has also announced the iAd JS, a package with all the tools and documentation developers need to create iAd’s on their own. Of course developers have to run any adverts created through Apple.

At the same time, Apple has started to accept iOs 4 based apps. iOs 4 apps have to be tested on the iPhone SDK 4 GM before submitted for approval.
