It seems there will be a Microsoft Zune phone in the near future. The latest firmware for the Zune media players contains USB drivers which carry ‘phone’ in their naming. Those drivers refer to a Microsoft hardware ID.
This means Microsoft might be carrying three OS lines. Windows Mobile 6.x for entry level devices, Windows Mobile 7 for high-end devices and Zune for XNA based feature phones aimed at the Xbox 360 demographic. We think
