Fido Dido is known across the globe for its appearance in TV commercials for many years. In 2007, he will make the jump to mobile together with the Indy based developer Jump Games. Joanna Ferrone, creator of Fido Dido thinks the step to mobile games is a natural progression for the character.
“We have developed 2D and 3D games around the character. We will be launching the 2D version and later we will come up with the 3D one,” says Salil Bhargava, CEO, Jump Games. The company is in talks with mobile service providers to make the games available. “In India, we are pricing the game at Rs 5 per play for CDMA users and Rs 50 per play for GSM,” says Bhargava. The games will be available on Nokia N series and Reliance phones and are aimed at 15-30 year olds.
Fido Dido is so yesterday. Why would anyone want to spend money playing a game based on such a wimpy character?
Fido? Why Fido? Wimpy? NO! STUPID?…YES! A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. BAD BAD BAD!
