THQ has released their quarterly earnings report last week which shows
a big increase for the complete company, but also a dip for THQ
Wireless, their mobile gaming division which recently bought Universomo.
Year-on-year, the company’s Q1 received a 19.6% increase in value to $ 172 million where the company had a $ 6.5 million profit. The wireless division took care of 2.5% of the revenue, compared to 5.5% a year ago. MocoNews reports the percentage for 2006 was still 4.5% while in 2007 it will be 2.6%. More news on this link.
