We received many emails about the GC rumours that Redboss would be acquired soon. Finally it is official now and we are able to tell you the new owner is Czech based Mliven.
With the acquisition, Mliven has now consolidated the biggest part of the Czech (mobile games) aggregation market. Mliven has been aggregating for T-Mobile for a long time already and is now able to also add Vodafone to their channel list in an exclusive agreement.
As far as our information goes, In the new company, Jan Rezab, the former CEO of RedBoss has received the position of Vice President. Other roles are not know at the time as well as the amounts for the acquisition.
