A few years after leaving her position as Vodafone’s content executive, Lucy Hood will now leave News Corp’s Jamba to pursuit “more entrepreneurial ventures”.
Jamba’s COO Lee Fenton will follow up Hood’s position until a replacement CEO has been recruited for the mobile content giant.
Lucy Hood stated; "It’s been extremely exciting and rewarding for me to help build News Corporation’s mobile business over the past few years, but I’m eager to pursue more entrepreneurial ventures and I’m looking forward to the next opportunity."
Peter Cherin, COO of News Corp added; "Lucy has been a key architect of News Corp’s mobile strategy over the past few years and we’re grateful for her many contributions to our business."
