Taito has brought a couple of 80’s classics back alive with the release of the Chase H.Q. 3D and Elevator Action 3D mobile games for Sprint Nextel customers.
Both mobile games have starred as 2D arcade games in the late 80’s and have later been released on consoles like Sega’s Genesis / Mastersystem and Turbografix. The games have maintained their original gameplay, but the graphics did receive a 3D upgrade to give the games a bit more of a 2007 look. About global releases of the games has not been spoken in the press release.
"Chase H.Q. 3D and Elevator Action 3D offer mobile gamers the thrill of action arcade games in a conveniently smaller package," said Keiji Fujita, producer of both games. "They’re pocket-sized adrenaline rushes."
