PopCap Games announced the release of their Peggle mobile game for Apple’s iPod devices at Apple’s iTunes channel.
Peggle is one of the bigger hits of 2007 for PopCap Games as the web version has been downloaded over 10 million times already. As so, the mobile release was prioritized.
The iPod version of Peggle holds 55 levels, 10 power-ups and 75 challenges to keep you playing for many hours while listening to your favourite music. The mobile game also allows you to play in 2 player modus.
“The clickwheel input of the iPod is a natural fit for controlling Peggle, so we knew this adaptation of the game would be amazing,” said Jason Kapalka, co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of PopCap. “And with the Duel Mode included, two players can pass the iPod back and forth while battling their way to Extreme Fever!”
Congratulations
