Capcom is going to acquire developer K2. This deal will not only strengthen Capcom’s development power, but also put brands like the popular Tenchu in their hands.
Capcom expects to finalize the acquisition on the first of May when Capcom will complete the stock exchange. K2 will receive 201,720 shares of Capcom.
