Quake 3 Arena Lands on iPod Touch

AppleHackers have accomplished to port Quake 3 Arena to the iPod Touch and so potentially also for Apple’s iPhone.

The YouTube video shows a multiplayer session of Quake 3 Arena on a set of two iPod’s. The game is controlled by using the accelerometer which is build into the device. The video looks very cool and shows the power behind the device, which is promising to official mobile games that will launch in a few months time.
